What do I want for Christmas?

It’s that time of year again when the “I’m feeling so Xmasy” verses the “Humbug” brigade.

No matter what your religion and beliefs, your culture and practice, I have noticed that, at this festive time, so many people just love the excuse to give and receive and take the opportunity to pick up relationships where they left off.

“What do you want for Xmas?” is a very common question and I think the best response I’ve ever heard is “All I want for Christmas is you!” -  As the popular Christmas song goes!  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yXQViqx6GMY

Imagine the happy hormones such as oxytocin and serotonin that that would produce! Add a hug and a kiss and you have the greatest cocktail of happy hormones ever.
